Cancelling an order

Email thespicefrontier@gmail.com with your order number as soon as you can. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, and the returns section below applies instead.

Returns

Spices are a sealed food product, so we cannot resell a pack once it has been opened. That means:

- **Unopened packs** — return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. They must be unopened, with seals intact, in their original packaging. - **Opened packs** — cannot be returned or refunded, unless the problem is one of the faults below.

This does not affect your legal rights.

If something is wrong

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, if:

• the pack arrived damaged, split or leaking
• you received the wrong item or the wrong pack size
• the contents were spoiled or contaminated on arrival
• the order never arrived

Please send a photograph of the pack and its packaging. It helps us claim against the carrier and means we can settle it without sending anything back.

How to start a return

Open your order from the confirmation email and use the return request form, or email us with your order number. We will confirm the return address before you send anything — please do not post items back without hearing from us first.

Return postage is yours to pay unless the item was faulty, damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We process them within 3 business days of approving the return; your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5–7 business days to show it. Partial refunds are possible where only part of an order is affected.

Original shipping charges are refunded when the whole order is cancelled before dispatch, or when the fault was ours. They are not refunded on a change-of-mind return.
