We ship worldwide from Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. We do not dispatch on Sundays or Indian public holidays. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates from dispatch, not from the day you order:

• India — 3 to 7 business days
• Europe and the United Kingdom — 8 to 15 business days
• United States, Canada and Australia — 10 to 18 business days
• Elsewhere — 12 to 21 business days

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and local postal backlogs can add time, and we cannot control any of them.

Shipping charges

A flat $7 per order, free on orders over $75. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay and does not change afterwards.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside India, any import duty, VAT/GST or customs handling fee charged on arrival is payable by you, the recipient. These are set by your own country and are not included in what you pay us. Some countries also restrict food imports; please check your own rules before ordering, as we cannot refund an order seized or returned by customs.

We declare all parcels accurately, at the price paid. We will not mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong or incomplete, email us immediately — before dispatch we can correct it, after dispatch we cannot. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once you have paid postage again.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 10 business days past the estimate above, contact us and we will chase the carrier. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for what happens if it is genuinely lost.
