These terms govern your use of thespicefrontier.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them. The site is operated by The Spice Frontier, a sole proprietorship of Durgadevi Tamizh Maran, at 872, Cauvery Mettu Street, Kadiramangalam, Thiruvidaimarudur, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu 612106, India ("we", "us").

The products

We sell ground spices in sealed packs from 50 g to 500 g. Photographs are illustrative; natural products vary in colour and coarseness between harvests, and that variation is not a defect.

Our products are food. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim to treat, prevent or cure any condition. If you have an allergy or a medical condition, check with a qualified professional before use.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include no taxes unless stated at checkout. Prices can change at any time, but the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment is taken by Razorpay, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed only once payment is verified on our side — a completed payment screen alone is not confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if it was priced or listed in error, if stock is unavailable, or if we cannot lawfully ship to your address.

Delivery

See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. In short: we ship worldwide from India, and any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are yours to pay.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you order.
